Information about our refund and cancellation policies for event organization services.

1. Introduction

At wlozvysvyxeu, we understand that circumstances can change. This Return and Cancellation Policy outlines our procedures for service cancellations, postponements, and refunds related to our event organization services. By engaging our services, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us using the information provided at the end of this document.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of this policy, the following terms are defined as:

  • "We," "our," "us" refers to wlozvysvyxeu.
  • "You," "your," "client" refers to the individual or organization that has contracted our services.
  • "Services" refers to the event organization and planning services provided by wlozvysvyxeu.
  • "Contract" refers to the agreement between wlozvysvyxeu and the client for the provision of services.
  • "Deposit" refers to the initial payment made to secure our services.

3. Cancellation by Client

3.1 Advance Notice Requirements

Cancellation notices must be submitted in writing via email to info@wlozvysvyxeu.world or by registered mail to our office address. The cancellation date will be the date on which we receive your written notice.

3.2 Refund Schedule

Refunds for cancellations by clients are provided according to the following schedule:

  • Cancellation 90+ days before the event: 50% of the deposit amount will be refunded.
  • Cancellation 60-89 days before the event: 25% of the deposit amount will be refunded.
  • Cancellation 30-59 days before the event: No refund of the deposit, but no further payment will be required.
  • Cancellation less than 30 days before the event: The deposit is non-refundable, and 50% of the remaining balance will be due.

Please note that certain third-party costs that have already been incurred or committed to on your behalf may not be refundable, regardless of when cancellation occurs.

3.3 Administrative Fee

All refunds are subject to a 5% administrative fee to cover processing costs.

4. Postponement by Client

If you need to postpone your event, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the change, subject to our availability.

4.1 Rescheduling Fee

Postponement requests made 60+ days before the event: No additional fee will be charged, and your deposit will be transferred to the new date.

Postponement requests made 30-59 days before the event: A rescheduling fee of 10% of the total contract value will apply.

Postponement requests made less than 30 days before the event: A rescheduling fee of 20% of the total contract value will apply.

4.2 Time Limitations

Events must be rescheduled within 12 months of the original date. If the event is not rescheduled within this timeframe, it will be treated as a cancellation per the terms in Section 3.

4.3 Rate Adjustments

Please note that if your event is postponed to a date in our peak season or a date that would typically command higher rates (such as holidays or weekends), price adjustments may apply.

5. Cancellation by wlozvysvyxeu

In the rare event that we must cancel our services due to unforeseen circumstances:

  • We will provide you with as much advance notice as possible.
  • We will refund 100% of all payments made to us.
  • Where possible, we will assist in finding an alternative service provider.

We reserve the right to cancel services if there is a material breach of contract by the client, including but not limited to non-payment of fees according to the agreed schedule.

6. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations due to causes beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, acts of civil authorities, acts of military authorities, riots, natural disasters, pandemic, epidemic, or other emergency conditions making it illegal or impossible to provide the facilities or services.

In the event of a force majeure situation:

  • Both parties will attempt to reschedule the event to a mutually acceptable date.
  • If rescheduling is not possible, the deposit minus any non-recoverable expenses already incurred will be refunded.

7. Partial Services

If only a portion of the contracted services are cancelled, refunds will be calculated based on the percentage of the total contract value represented by the cancelled services, subject to the same timeline conditions outlined in Section 3.

8. Payment of Refunds

All approved refunds will be processed within 30 business days of approval using the original method of payment when possible. If the original method of payment is unavailable, an alternative method will be arranged.

9. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically.

The terms in effect at the time of contract signing will apply to that specific contract.
